The uVenture redesign was a collaborative UX Strategy project where I served as the Strategic Lead. I conceptualized the core engagement framework, focusing on how to expand brand reach and drive user retention. To execute this vision, I designed a system of 10-level avatars and digital marketing assets specifically architected to create immediate momentum and foster habitual engagement. This approach transformed the initial concept into an emotionally resonant journey, ensuring the visual communication was intentionally aligned with the app’s long-term business goals.
Strategic Framework & Execution:
Phase 1: Behavioural Architecture – The 10-level avatar system is designed to foster mastery and immediate user momentum.
Phase 2: Performance Creative – Data-informed marketing assets architected for high-conversion digital ad placements.
Phase 3: Brand Ecosystem – A unified visual system ensuring consistency across all physical and digital touchpoints.
